Use the JFire trade module to manage your (customer-)orders and track purchases from a well-organized user interface that gives you access to the most important customer and product information. Define orders that contain different types of products with type-specific ui and handling. Track product deliveries and customer payments. Generate printouts or PDF-files of your trade documents and define specialized layouts for each document. Handle recurring invoicing tasks or collective invoices easily.
Order management & invoicing
Well organized document structures and workflows let you enter customer requests and turn them in to quotes or orders with no effort. The Handling of trade-documents is controlled by a workflow-engine. The processing steps of the documents are therefore clearly defined which prevents faulty operations of the system. Processing workflows, however, are configurable for each document-type allowing for the creation of own steps like management-approval for orders exceeding a certain amount. The articles in one invoice are not restricted to one order therefore partial or collective invoicing is easily possible
Booking and Payments
Invoice booking and payment are separate processes withing JFire. While an invoice is booked for the accounting module instantly on its finalization, invoice payments can be easily split into separate steps. For each step another mode of payment may be chosen. The trade overview enables you to track outstanding invoices and enter new payments. Besides partial payment of one invoice batched payments for multiple invoices can be entered as well. Several modes of payment are supported, for example cash payment, payment by credit card or using a JFire voucher.
This module enables companies to produce, manage, sell and keep up with the customers' use of vouchers. An integrated graphical editor allows custom voucher-designs including images and variables for customer-data, oder-data or the voucher number as barcode. The value of a voucher can be issued in various currencies. Besides, customers may use vouchers in combination with other modes of payment (i.e. cash, credit cards,check) in the same payment process.
Like invoices articles delivered within one delivery are not restricted to one order so partial or collective deliveries are possible. For each article a specific delivery date can be entered and batched can be easily performed using a simple user interface. Additionally deferred batched delivery of articles is supported using delivery-queues and spcialized delivery processors. A extensible set of delivery processors allow the usage of built-in delivery modes (manually) and the implementation of specialized delivery processes.
Purchase & reselling
Purchases are entered just as easy as sale orders. You can define your suppliers and their products and track each individual purchase. When interacting with another JFire organisation automated on-demand purchases for resell products are supported, too.
Service-contracts or other recurring tasks can be reflected in the system by entering a recurring order. These orders will be processed in configurable intervals and automatically create orders and invoices.
